Our Standards of engagement 

These principles define the structural efficiency and high-trust environment of every engagement. They're the protocols that guarantee predictable output.

01. ASYNCHRONOUS PROTOCOL

  • Workflow: All work is managed and delivered asynchronously via Basecamp. This ensures dedicated focus and deep work without the friction of scheduling.

  • Dialogue: Our asynchronous channel is open in Basecamp for strategic dialogue and questions.

  • Communication: No meetings and no email threads. 

02. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USAGE

  • Deliverable Ownership: The client retains full ownership and usage rights of all final deliverables.

  • Original Assets: Kit. retains ownership of all original design files, proprietary production methodologies, and intellectual property (IP). This IP includes the prompting strategies, editing workflows, and raw generative AI output used during the synthesis process.

  • Attribution Protocol: As the source of definitive intellectual property, KIT. retains the right to creative credit for all work performed. We do not operate as a white-label or work-for-hire service.

03. FIXED FEE, PREDICTABLE OUTPUT

  • Investment Guarantee: Due to the custom, intellectual nature of our deliverables, all fees paid are final and non-refundable.

  • Investment: All services operate on a FIXED MONTHLY RATE or a flat fee (The Audit). This eliminates unexpected billing and aligns our objectives with delivering the required output, not tracking time.

  • Flexibility: All retainer agreements are built on the principle of PAUSE OR CANCEL ANYTIME. There are no long-term contracts.

  • Team Access: Add any necessary stakeholders or team members to the Basecamp project at no additional cost.

04. IP & ASSET COMPLIANCE

Kit. dedicates time for IP and Asset Compliance - designed to eliminate hidden legal and financial drag. We proactively check and verify the full licensing and hosting requirements for every third-party digital asset we deploy (fonts, code, imagery). This ensures your project is built with full, verifiable legal ownership as the end-user.

 

THE FULL COMPLETION CYCLE

All work adheres to a full completion cycle to ensure depth and quality.

01. PROJECT SCHEDULING

Your request is formalized and becomes a dedicated Project in Basecamp.

The Retainer: We manage one dedicated project at a time. Work on the next project begins only upon approval and closeout of the first.

The Full Stack: We manage two simultaneous projects at a time (Dual Execution Track), ensuring maximum integration across departments.

02. DEDICATED DEVELOPMENT

We commit to the full development of the dedicated project (Full Completion Cycle) to ensure total focus, quality, and speed before moving to the next scheduled project.

03. DELIVERY & REVISIONS

The completed deliverable is presented in Basecamp for your review and feedback.

Creative Assets: Each creative deliverable includes two rounds of revision upon initial delivery. Major changes or additional rounds require scoping as a new project in the queue.

04. FINAL APPROVAL

Once approved, the completed project closes the cycle, and the next scheduled project begins.
